Buying Process For Our Speculation Homes
(We have already built it. You can move in immediately!)
- Step 1: Call Mike (479-225-8577) and set up an appointment to see our houses. At this meeting we will also be glad to recommend a banker and/or mortgage officer that could assist you in obtaining financing for your New East Lake Home.
- Step 2: Contact the lender of your choice and obtain a pre-approval letter. This often takes less than a week if you can get them the needed documents.
- Step 3: Call us back once your lender has approved you for a certain amount to set up an appointment to choose which home you would like. Once you have decided on which East Lake Home fits your needs, we will discuss the terms of the contract and then sign all the paperwork. The contracts we will sign at this time will be the purchase agreement, builder's warranty, and the subdivision covenants.
- Step 4: East Lake will then fax all the contracts to your lender of choice. You will then just need to stay in contact with your lender and get them any more information they may need. We will also be glad to assist you in this any way we can.
- Step 5: Show up for the Closing on your New East Lake Home. Closing location will be provided.
- Step 6: Round up all your family, friends and anyone else that owes you one and have them help you move into your BRAND NEW, HIGH QUALITY East Lake Home.
